A caulking tube was accessible to children in the dining area in between cabinets of the kitchen. Two bottles of dish detergent were accessible to children at the kitchen sink. The majority of the kitchen counter space was covered with opened and unopened food, plastic containers, latex gloves, dishes, drinking cups, pots and pans, shopping bags, clothes, spices, paper towels and paperwork. Dining room table was covered with storage containers, baskets, and other miscellaneous items. Wooden floors were visible in the kitchen and dining room with built-up residue and dirt. The lower level had furniture, toys and storage containers pushed up against the walls. Counter to the left, preceding the hallway in the lower level, had baskets, toys, a trash bin, and containers piled to the bottom of the cabinets. (Licensing survey — Compliance Check — 25-005252)
