Each applicant with a temporary permit and each licensee shall also provide information about the importance of seeking medical advice when children exhibit health problems. This information shall be given on a form provided by the department to the parent when the child is enrolled or be posted in a conspicuous place, with copies of the form available to parents on request.

Soap used for hand washing may be kept unlocked and placed on the back of the counter by a sink.
