Per video footage and collateral contacts, a staff member was observed restraining a child by holding both wrists to prevent them from hitting, laying on children during naptime because they wouldn't go to sleep, and grabbing a child by the arm while they were running and then sitting with the child between their legs to restrict the child's movement.
