Soap used for hand washing may be kept unlocked and placed on the back of the counter by a bathroom or sink.

Each refrigerator and each freezer shall contain a clearly visible, accurate thermometer.

The facility is not operating within the terms of their license. The facility is a licensed preschool and pursuant to KAR 28-4-420 (t) (2) and (3) may only conduct sessions not exceeding three hours with children only enrolled in one session per day.
