(i) (1) The outdoor play area shall be fenced if the play area adjoins that of another child care facility, as defined in K.S.A. 65-503 and amendments thereto, or if the area surrounding, or the conditions existing outside, the play area present hazards that could be dangerous to the safety of the children, which may include any of the following:
