K.A.R. 28-4-590 Health-related requirements. (d) (1) Each operator shall obtain a health history for each child or youth, on a form supplied by the department or approved by the secretary. Each health history shall be maintained in the child's or youth's file on the premises.

(a) Each operator shall develop and implement a written program plan that includes a program of activities, services, and schedules in keeping with the overall mission, goals, and purpose of the program and the developmental needs and interests of the children and youth.
