The wall of a building may be used as one side of the fence if the wall has no openings, including windows and doors, capable of providing direct access to the pool area.

There is an inground pool in the backyard. The fence is not at least 5ft high all the way around. There is a fenced/gated outdoor play area in the backyard; there are two gates in the playground area that are not least 5ft high. One gate is not a permanent barrier and has openings greater than 3.5 inches. The other gate does not have a locking mechanism that is inaccessible to children.
