Observed Keep out of reach items accessible to children in multiple classrooms: -Infant room 2 had cleaning supplies under the handsink and diaper wipes unlocked in the diaper station. Child deterrants to not meet the definition of a lock. -First Aid kit was in unlocked cabinet in the two's 1 and contained asprin, antacid, and antiseptic wipes. -Two's 4 had bath cleaner, windex, and toilet cleaner in an unlocked cabinet. -Preschool 3 had adult scissors, air freshner and wipes accessible in teacher's area.
