IC 12-17.2-6-14.1(a)(2) — The operator of a child care ministry that cares for children who are less than twelve (12) months of age shall: ensure that all caregivers of children who are less than twelve (12) months of age follow safe sleeping practices.

In room 123 consultant observed a 5 month old infant boy sleeping in a bouncy chair that was then placed into the crib asleep with a bib on and a 9 month old infant girl sleeping in a bouncy chair that was placed on the floor.
