Self report on 3/13/26- Caregiver is observed on camera grabbing a 3 yr old child by the arm to move child from table to cot on 3 seperate incidents. Caregiver is observed restriciting child's movement by placing child on caregivers lap and wrapping arms and legs around child. Caregiver is observed standing with child suspended by the torso with caregiver's arms wrapped around child, Video on playground showed caregiver grabbing child's arm and restricting movement while transporting to picnic table. On 10/20/25, Assistant director self reported to licensing caregiver in the Otter classroom is observed on 10/17/25 (3 seperate incidents) and 10/20/25 (1 incident) grabbing a 3 year old child by his arm, dragging him across the classroom and putting him in a restroom in the dark, closing full length door for brief moments.
