Items labeled "keep out of reach of children" were accessible in multiple classrooms. Items found included sunblock, lysol, glass cleaner, oitment, first aid kits that included tylenol. In one classroom there were cleaning agents stored under a sink behind a child deterrent. Staff purses and other belongings were accessible in multiple classrooms.
