On 8/21/2024 a three year old male child opened the gate on the playground and ran across the parking lot and into the alley and then stepped one foot onto the street before turning around and being caught by a teacher. Ratio at the time of the incident was 7:1 and then 6:1 when the teacher went to retrieve the child. Youngest child in the group was three so no issue with ratio. (Health violation.)
