Director self-reported on 9/30/25 that classroom 3B was lining up to go to the playground. A child left the line to go to the bathroom. The teachers didn't notice and took the class outside. The child walked out of the bathroom and a teacher from TK saw him and brought him to his class. The child was left unsupervised for less than a minute.
