The kitchen counters are covered with items laying around all over them and the surface is not clean. The food preparation area has items laying all around it on the floor and stacked. The child care area being currently used is not an adequate space for the number of the children present. The home is cluttered. Two bedrooms are not being used, the dining room is not being used to eat in. There is only the living room being used to provide childcare. This is due to clutter in the bedrooms and in the kitchen. These items include storage containers, random items, litter box containing cat feces and urine, cat litter, cleaning supplies, a bottle and sippy cup with old liquids in a metal basket on the kitchen floor, totes. The attic is not locked, therefore accessible. The attic stairs are full of stacked items on each stair going up. This is hazardous to children as items could fall on them.
