Space/Crayon room: In a cabinet under the sink, there is shaving cream in the art supplies labeled “keep out of reach of children” which is accessible to children. Adventure/K4 room: Shaving Cream is on the teacher desk, within children’s reach, labeled “keep out of reach of children”. Rainforest/P5 room: In the Desk Drawer, teachers’ purse is accessible to children which is unsafe. Homesteaders/P4 room: Staff purse was on top of the cots in the classroom which is unsafe. In the desk, bottom drawer has Zep Cleaner labeled “keep out of reach of children” in an unlocked drawer. In another drawer of the desk, Nail polish remover and 3 sunscreens were found all are labeled “keep out of the reach of children” in an unlocked cabinet. Ocean/P1 room: 2 Staff Bags accessible under the teacher’s desk which is unsafe. In the Ocean/P1 bathroom, Diaper cream labled "keep out of reach of children" is in children’s reach in a blue bin. Potty Seat for potty training on top of the toilet was visibly dirty, another potty seat was on the ground beside the toilet.
