In room D-12 a can of air freshner reading keep out of reach of children was within the child's reach. In room D1 & 2 a can of sunscreen was in a back pack accessible to children in the cubby. In room D-5 in restroom on shelf was one diaper and on top of storage unit were open diapers. In the upstairs Girls RR a roll of toilet paper was sitting on top of the tampex machine.
