   Observed multiple items that are considered "keep out of reach of children" throughout the facility: -Liquid nails was in the hallway and in classrooms. -Wipes were in multiple classrooms. -Paint was in a classroom and in the hallway. -Hallway closets with cleaning supplies, HVAC system closet, and laundry closet with detergent was unlocked. -Tile adhesive was in unlocked classroom. -Handsoap at multiple classroom hand sinks and soap in unlocked preschool closet. -Hand sanitizer was on a teacher's desk. -Toilet bowl cleaner, disinfectent wipes, Lysol spray was behind a deterent under the handsink in the two year old classroom.
