Department of Health & Welfare (DHW) received notification in January 2025 that this provider may be operating a child care facility without a license. The health department confirmed that his facility was operating and required state licensing. Again, DHW received notification this provider was still operating without obtaining a state daycare license in October 2025. Law enforcement was notified and confirmed the provider has been operating without a license. Resolution: Law enforcement informed the provider that they must cease operations immediately and obtain a state daycare license before they can resume care.
