    There were concerns that there were trash, toys, and all sorts of clutter covering the floors and counters. Additionally it was noted that there was dried throw up and garbage in the infant sleep room. During the investigation, these allegations were confirmed. Additionally, multiple playpens had large holes in the mesh causing a strangulation hazard. Resolution: The yard had been cleared of hazardous debris by provider's family.
