   There were concerns that glass pieces and cigarette butts were accessible to children in the outdoor play area. During the investigation, there were small pieces of glass in the grass coming from the neighboring business. There were no concerns about discipline or behavior management as stated in the initial complaint. Resolution: This provider has implemented routine outdoor play area checks by staff to check for any potential hazards before children are let outside to play.
