There were supervision concerns and health and safety concerns with alleged drug use at this facility. During investigation, it was determined that firearms as well as a hatchet and chain saw were accessible to children. Additionally, provider admitted to drug use but not during child care hours or within the state. Provider also acknowledged not supervising a child playing outside. Resolution: Due to the numerous confirmed health & safety concerns, the Department suspended and revoked the provider's license. Source: Idaho Child Care Check (DHW) substantiated incident report.
