There were concerns a child was grabbed and restrained by a staff member, resulting in the child breaking his electronic gaming device. During an investigation, video showed that the owner's husband pushed a large play structure into a child's path resulting in the child being struck. Additionally, the child's arms were held as a form of behavior management. Resolution: Provider is receiving coaching and support through IdahoSTARS on how to handle challenging behaviors.
