Substantiated incident: Supervision Concerns (Business Practices, Licensing and Agreements, Supervision Concern)
There were concerns that two young children were able to pull their pants down and engage in inappropriate touching. After reviewing the Boise Police Report and talking with the provider, the health department determined this this did ocurr and the children were not being actively supervised during two reports of this happening. Resolution: The facility's corporate office reported that they would work on putting a prevention plan in place. The health department performed a follow-up investigation and found the facility in compliance with supervision and teachers more appropriately spread out in the classrooms. The supervision policy has been reviewed with each staff member and classes rearrange to prevent blind spots. Source: Idaho Child Care Check (DHW) substantiated incident report.
