There were concerns this provider was operating without a valid daycare license since February 2025. The health department confirmed operation and IdahoSTARS confirmed they have not had a current state license since the previous license had expired early this year. Resolution: The health department informed the provider that they were not exempt from licensing and must complete the licensing process as soon as possible or cease operations.
