There were concerns that an employee was aggressively and inappropriately disciplining children. During the health department investigation, it was confirmed that a staff member was terminated due to inappropriate and aggressive discipline of a child. It was also determined that a staff member was caught vaping in the bathroom during nap time. Resolution: The employee who was inappropriately disciplining a child was terminated after reviewing footage and the employee who was caught vaping in the bathroom was written up with a warning.
