There were concerns that this provider had staff on-site without first obtaining proper clearances. Additionally, there were concerns that infants sleep unsupervised in a back room. The health department performed an investigation and observed an infant sleeping unsupervised in a back room with the door closed. Additionally, it was noted that the owner is the only staff member with proper clearances at this time. Resolution: The health department will ensure safe sleep is in compliance and that all staff have proper clearances at the facility's upcoming annual inspection.
