Director to submit DHS 948 consent for background checks for new staff. Correction: Per director, new hire will not work with children until background checks is completed. New hire scheduled a FP appointment for 12/04/2024.

New staff to call our office for a fingerprinting background check. Correction: New staff call our office for an appointment (on 12/4/24).

Director to forward copies of children's registration forms for worker to review. Correction: Registration forms reviewed and is complete.
