The upper playground is closed at this time and is in the process of putting the artificial turf and play structure. The lower program has a large canopy tent that was bolted to the ground for shading for the children, similar to a large tent for parties. CCLW consulted with Department of Planning Supervisor. Per Department of Planning,tent covering similar to the one used is not fire resistant and needs to be taken down. CCLW informed director who shared that she will putting a request for the tent to be taken down. Correction: Large canopy tent was removed on the playground. Visually verified picture on email.
