Smoke detector located in kitchen area was not working. Sandy replaced with batteries, still not in working order. Sandy stated she will purchase a new Smoke detector and inform Worker. Correction: Sandy submitting verification that she purchased a new Smoke Detector/Alarm. Which is mounted on the wall between her kitchen and the stairs leading up to the second floor.
