Two-year-old room has ceiling falling and broke, missing floor pieces and broken window. Three-year-old room has ceiling falling down, water spots in the bathroom, and the bathroom floor is separating. Four-year-old room has water spots in ceilings, ceiling tiles are falling. The spring bouncer has chipping paint, the red and blue tricycle track has chipping paint, all red tricycle has chipping paint, and the slide where children climb has chipping paint. Under the swings did not have 6 inches of mulch. TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE (PLAYGROUND): Fall/Use zone means the surface area under and around a piece of playground equipment onto which a child would be expected to land when falling from, or exiting, the playground equipment.
