Comments: At the time of the inspection, observed expired license from 2024 posted at front entrance desk. Technical assistance was provided that the facility's license/certificate must be displayed in a conspicuous place inside the facility. Article IV.A.13. (Page 21) "Upon issuance, said license or certificate shall be displayed in a conspicuous place inside the child care facility." During inspection, administrative assistant corrected and resolved the non-compliance by placing the most recent, valid license at the front entrance display. This written designation shall be conspicuously posted, so that it can be read by visitors and staff at the facility."
