Harmful items including cleaning supplies, flammable products, poisonous, toxic, and hazardous materials were accessible by children in care. Health Requirements [SR] Comments: At the time of this LFCCH Routine Inspection, the inspector observed a container of bleach in an unsecure cabinet under the kitchen sink. The cabinet did not have a childproof lock on it. The inspector did observe a childs gate at the entrance to the kitchen, but it was not being used at the time of the inspection. Technical Assistance was provided by reminding the provider that either cleaning chemicals need to be stored in a locked cabinet, or that the entrance to the kitchen needs to have a child gate blocking access to the kitchen so the children do not have access to the kitchen. Provider removed the bleach from under the kitchen sink and moved it into the garage. Not Applicable Comments At the time of this LFCCH Routine Inspection, the provider stated that there was no smoking within the home, and the inspector did not observe any smoking.
