    The operator did not have documentation of current vaccination records for the pet observed. Vaccinations are available for this type of animal. FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 7.1 Comments: During the inspection, the Operator advised that there is one dog and two cats on the premises. During the inspection, the Operator provided the Licensing Specialist documentation of the dogs vaccinations that are valid until 3-28-26. The cats vaccinations expired 12-28 -25.During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, per the FDCH Handbook:Animals, pets or fowl must be properly vaccinated, if vaccinations are available for the type of animal, pet or fowl; and be free from disease. Animals that are poisonous, aggressive, venomous, or pose a potential threat of harm to children in care are prohibited. Custodial parents or legal guardian must be informed in writing of all animals on the premises of the home. Such information may be provided by way of a parent flyer, a notification statement, or a statement included in the childs enrollment form.
