During the licensure year, the operator failed to conduct monthly fire drills utilizing the approved fire alarm system or smoke detector at various dates and times when children are in care. FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 7.21, A (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Health Requirements [SR] Comments: During the time of inspection, Licensing Specialist observed that the last fire drill was conducted on 3/18/26. A fire drill had not been conducted for the month of April. During the time of inspection, a fire drill was conducted in the presence of the Licensing Specialist. There were 2 adults and 9 children present. The last fire inspection was conducted on 4/9/26. 29.
