    Toxic Substances and/or Hazardous materials, including cleaning supplies, flammable products, and poisonous items were accessible to children in care. FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 7.2 (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Health Requirements [SR] Comments: During the time of inspection, Licensing Specialist observed ant/roach spray, Lysol spray, toilet bowl cleaner and other cleaning supplies being stored in an unlocked cabinet and closet located in the bathroom that the children use. Licensing Specialist observed Provider put a lock on the cabinet to prevent access to hazardous materials and cleaning supplies. This standard was brought back into compliance during the time of inspection. FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, section 7.2 Toxic Substances, Hazardous Materials and Poisonous Items A. All areas and surfaces accessible to children shall be free from toxic substances and hazardous materials/equipment/tools, including power tools, plastic bags, matches, candles, lighters, etc. These items, as well as knives, sharp tools, BB guns, pellet guns and other potentially dangerous hazards, shall either be stored and in a locked area or must be inaccessible and out of a childs reach. Compliance Comments During the time of inspection, the Provider advised the Licensing Specialist there is no smoking in the home. 12.
