During the licensure year, the operator failed to conduct monthly fire drills utilizing the approved fire alarm system or smoke detector at various dates and times when children are in care. During the inspection, the Operator had an operational corded phone. The ?re extinguisher certi?cation expired 07/2025. Toxic Substances and/or Hazardous materials, including cleaning supplies, flammable products, and poisonous items were accessible to children in care. FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 7.2 (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Health Requirements [SR] Comments: During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed the cleaning supply closet to be unlocked, leaving chemicals (Fabuloso, Clorox, Gain laundry detergent, and Dreft) accessible to the children in care. During the time of the inspection, this was resolved by the Operator locking the door. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance: per the CCF Handbook "Toxic Substances, Hazardous Materials and Poisonous Items A.
