FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 5.1.2, A and B Comments: The Departments six clock-hour Family Child Care Home Rules and Regulations training, as evidenced by successful completion of a competency-based examination offered by the Department or its designated training representative prior to licensure and caring for children. At the time of inspection, the substitute did not have her 6 hr course certification completed.
