The fabric hanging swing is ripped and has grease on it. the step 2 jungle gym the window is cracked and there is a black substance on it. There is a black and green substance on the fence. The bottom bar of the climbing dome was bent inwards. The plastic covering on the wooden jungle gym is cracked and peeling off. The bottom step on the wooden jungle gym is broken, at the top there the wood is deteriorating and there is a sharp piece. The plastic on the wooden gym has a black substance on it. The see saw the handle bar is rusted and have sharp pieces During the reinspection, Licensing Specialist observed the pavilion has been repainted. The fabric hanging swing has been removed.
