    Children were not being adequately supervised in that [both childcare personnel where inside the home and children were left outside unattended for 3-5 minutes. ]. FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 6, G, H, I, L Large Family [SR] Comments: Per interview with childcare personnel, Teacher 2 was outside with the children while Teacher 1 was in the home. Teacher 2, who was outside supervising children came into the home to change a diaper which resulted in the children being outside alone. Teacher 1, who was in the home looked up and saw two children fighting and ran outside to separate the children. Teacher 2 returned outside with the child after diapering.
