During the FCCH License Renewal Inspection, the outdoor play equipment/play area was observed to be unclean and not in a sanitary condition. There was dirt observed on a play table as well as outdoor home. Technical Assistance was provided to the provider explaining to them that the playground area and toys need to be kept in a clean, sanitary condition.
