Owner/Director/Staff Responsible Comments N/a Counselor Comments FDOH Inspection Results: Unsatisfactory School Readiness Inspeciton Resuls: Unsatisfactory Reinspection Date: 03/17/2025 Joint inspection conducted by Vanessa Ramsahai and Jessica Joseph. The renewal inspection was conducted with two inspectors present. Upon arrival both inspectors introduced themselves and stated the purpose for their visit. The process of the inspection was explained to the provider before starting the inspection. The operator gave permission to the lead inspector to conduct the walk through by herself. The inspector declined and asked the Operator to accompany her during the walk through. 2 violations were found in the indoor area. After the walk through of the home, the outdoor area was monitored. 3 violations were found on the outdoor area. At that point, the Operator became very upset, highly aggitated and condescending. She stated that the her privacy was being violated and that the inspectors should not be in her bedrooms, or opening her shed. Both inspectors were addressed as "Hell" and "Double Hell." and that the inspectors were causing her blood pressure to go up. Several attempts were made to remind the provider that the entire home (indoors and outdoors) is licensed. Attempts were also made to discuss and educate the Operator regarding the violations. Per her request, she spoke to the Supervisor regarding the matter and proceeded to go back indoors. The Operator was given the option to end the inspection due to her rising blood pressure. She declined and gave consent to continue the inspection. While both inspectors were reviewing the files, the Operator made phone calls to several different people stating that her privacy was being invaded and that the inspectors were trying to gave her a heart attack or stroke. She also made false statements, stating that the inspector was looking under her bed. In addition, she stated that the next time the inspectors come to her house, she will leave money on the bed, so that she can say the inspectors stole the money, so that they will not have to return. At that point, the inspectors decided to end the inspection, due to the discomfort, hostility and false statements that were made. The violations were discussed with the provider and photos were also shown to her. As the 2nd inspector open the door to exit, a gust of wind pushed the door. The Operator then accused her of always breaking things in her home. The Operator was then informed that it was the first time that the inspector was ever at her home.
