(Section 9.7, number 1) Physical Facility [SR] Comments: At the time of the inspection, observed a rake, shovel and water hose ( tripping hazards) adjacent to the door used as an alternate route for fire drills and an emergency exit. The Operator removed the shovel, rake and hose at the time of the inspection. T.A. All areas of the FCCH must be free of hazards.
