(Section 13.1, number 3) At the time of this FCCH License Renewal inspection, the provider's landline was observed to not be in working order. The provider stated that she has had trouble with their phone and has been working on correcting the issue. They stated that they have tried replacing the battery, but that did not correct the problem. Technical Assistance has given to the provider by reminding them that they need to have a working landline within their FCCH at all time.
