14. Outdoor Time, Fencing and Play Area Requirements FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 7.6 [SR] (14-01)
Outdoor play areas in the home were not free from litter, nails, glass, and other hazards. FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 7.6, A (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Comments: Licensing Specialist observed four children chairs, two brown, one blue and One yellow in the playground, all four chairs had metal legs and metal that supports the back, all metal parts of all chairs were rusted. TA was provided, owner discard all four chairs during the inspection, thus returning this standard into compliance at the time of this inspection. FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 7.6, A Outdoor Time, Fencing and Play Area Requirements A. Outdoor Play areas shall be clean, in good repair and free from litter, nails, glass, and other hazards. Compliance Comments During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed that the pool was clean and clear, and that the provider had appropriate pool barriers in place to prevent the children from gaining access to the pool.
