During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed a broken fence gate leading to the outdoor AC unit, which had a sharp edge, in the outdoor play area. During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed a white vinyl lattice panel that had detached from the shed and was lying beneath it. During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed several white vinyl lattice panels attached to the shed with staples that were detaching. Some of the staples were rusted and sharp, and children that are in care had access to them. During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed that the thermometers in two refrigerators showed temperatures reading greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The refrigerator in the child care room showed a temperature of 46.4 degrees Fahrenheit , while the one in the kitchen showed 52 degrees Fahrenheit.
