    All parts of the home, including furnishings, equipment and plumbing were not kept: [ in good repair]. FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 7.10, A (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Health Requirements [SR] Comments: During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed one of the furnishers (mini sofa) with a cover ripped off in multiple spots. During the time of the inspection, the Operator threw away/removed the mini sofa from the home. This standard was completed at the time of the inspection. According to the FDCH/LFCCD Handbook, Section 7.10 Toys, Furnishings, Equipment and Plumbing A. All parts of the home, both indoors and outdoors; including the furnishings, equipment, toys and plumbing shall be kept clean, and sanitary, free from hazards, in an orderly condition and in good repair at all times. Provider should monitor the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recommendations for use of equipment Compliance Comments During the time of the inspection, the smoke detector was tested and operational. The Owner had an operational corded phone. The fire extinguisher certification(s) are valid until March 2027(tagged March 2026). 19.
