   Child care personnel failed to document an accident, incident or an observed health related sign or symptom on the day it occurred. FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 7.20, D Comments: During the time of the inspection, the Owner failed to document the incident that happened on 2/11/26 on the same day it occurred. During the time of the inspection the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance. This standard was completed at the time of the inspection, by Owner documenting the incident on the required accident/incident report.According to the FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 7.20D. All accidents, incidents or unusual occurrences that are threatening to the health, safety, or welfare of a child, and observed health related signs and symptoms, which occur at a home, on field trips or during transportation, must be documented on the day they occur. Documentation shall include the name of the affected party, date and time of occurrence, description of occurrence, actions taken, and signature of operator and custodial parent or legal guardian. This documentation must be shared with the custodial parent or legal guardian on the date of occurrence. 27.
