During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist reviewed 6 of the 6 childrens ?les. Licensing Specialist monitored the Influenza brochures for August/September 2025. REMINDER: Licensing Specialist monitored the Influenza brochures between August 1st and September 30th for each enrolled child. Distracted Adult brochures must be provided semi-annually in the months of April and September for each enrolled child. 33-6: During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed that there were 4 children on site and that the children in attendance were not signed in.
