The home did not maintain documentation that the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of each child were provided information regarding the potential for distracted adults to fail to drop off a child and leave them in the car annually during the months of April and September in that [there are no signature pages for the month of September 2024.]. Comments: Two of the children have brochures that were signed in August. Please submit signatures from the remaining parents/guardians that document the receipt of the Distracted Driver brochures.
