During the licensure year, the operator failed to conduct monthly fire drills utilizing the approved fire alarm system or smoke detector at various dates and times when children are in care. FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 7.21, A Comments: At time of inspection, Counselor observed that there was no monthly fire drills conducted for November 2025 and December 2025. Technical assistance provided that during the homes licensure year, fire drills utilizing the smoke detector(s) must be conducted monthly at various dates and times when children are in care.
